[Digital Products] How to generate my order's E-Invoice?
The E-Invoice button is only visible for orders made on the 1st of Feb 2025 onwards.
An E-Invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between the seller and you as a buyer which contains all relevant data fields required by the IRBM. An e-invoice will replace paper or electronic documents such as invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
You may request an e-invoice upon order completion via the Shopee app only.
⚠️ Note:
- Keep in mind that you have until the 3rd day of the following month from when the order is fulfilled to request an e-invoice. Find out more about e-invoicing with our E-Invoicing Implementation FAQ.
Follow the steps below to learn how you can request and generate your order's e-invoice.
Request for the E-Invoice:
Step 1: Go to Me page
Step 2: Click on Prepaid, Bills & Ticket
Step 3: Select Completed tab and choose your order
Step 4: At the E-Invoice section, click on Request Now
Step 5: Your E-Invoice will be issued
Generate E-Invoice:
Step 1: In the same order, click E-Invoice Requested in the E-Invoice section
Step 2: You will be directed to the E-Invoice page
